The BakersTrevor Curtis' 15 years with Banjo's typifies the type of commitment we see in our employees. He joined us as an apprentice baker 15 years ago, working in our Hobart store under our most senior and experienced baker, Marcel. Trevor then became part of the Glenorchy Banjo's team, before transferring to Sorell as Store Manager. A more recent recruit, Ben Dinerley also seems destined for bigger things within the business. After spending his first year in our Hobart store (at the same time completing Certificate II in Food Processing), he moved to Shepparton in Victoria in 2001. Ben joined the team at Banjo's newly-opened Shepparton store, and is currently increasing his skills by working towards Certificate III in Food Processing. It's a commitment to the company that runs in the family - Ben's sister Gabby is a senior sales assistant at Banjo's Salamanca, and joined her brother briefly in the Shepparton store as part of the Bakery Opening Team. |
