Competition Terms
Banjo's "Bag A Bunny" Promotion.
- Information on how to claim prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Promotion commences on 13/02/2008 and closes at 5pm on 15/04/2008.
- Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Banjo’s franchisees and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- How to Enter:
- To be eligible to receive a scratchie card, customers must spend a minimum $8 in one purchase at any Banjo’s store.
- One card will be issued per person per purchase.
- Entrants must scratch the instant-win panel on the front of their scratch card to see what instant prize they have won.
- Total instant win prizes to be won nationally in Banjo’s stores are as follows:
- 35 x Year’s Supply of bread (260 sandwich loaves) valued up to $800
- 64,200 x 1 FREE Hot Cross Bun
- 160,500 x 1 FREE Hot Cross Bun with next purchase
- 96,300 x 2 FREE Hot Cross Buns with next purchase
- Total prize pool value is up to $570,490. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or alternative items.
- There will be a total of 321,035 scratch cards printed for this promotion.
- The "Year’s Supply of Bread" prize can be claimed by submitting the winning scratch card to the store at which it was received. This prize is not transferable between Banjo’s stores and the bread can only be claimed during a 12 month period ending on 15/04/2009 at the store at which the prize was won.
- "Hot Cross Bun" instant win prizes can be claimed by presenting the winning scratch card at any Banjo’s store before 5pm on 15/04/2008.
- Entrants must retain their scratch card for verification purposes to be eligible to claim any prize. Instant win game materials are rendered void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners accept any prizes at their own risk. The Promoter will not be liable for any claim, cost, expense, loss or damage whatsoever suffered or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of or arising out of or in any way connected with the conduct of this competition or the acceptance of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- The Promoter and permit holder is Banjo’s Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 84 086 167 133) of Level 2, 85 Liverpool Street, Hobart, Tasmania 7000.
