Our Shoreline, Northgate & Launceston Central stores, start a new Banjo's journey with a revamped store design and some great new product.

Starting out in Tasmania 25 years ago, we have slowly grown from a few small stores into a nationally franchised bakery. While we have expanded over the years, we have remained true to our local community and are proud to be known as a Tasmanian bakery cafe.

We know that Tasmanian produce is world class and comes from one of the purest sources available.  When we bake our products, we look to put all the right ingredients together.  This includes using Tasmanian sourced products where available.
